## Prerequisites

- Read `cms-edit://customer/plan-picker`
- Read `cms-edit://customer/pages`

## Steps

1. Open the page or article that should show the picker.
2. Add a **Plan picker** external, or edit the one already on that page. Set `backgroundColour`, `textColour`, and `anchor` as needed. Leave `heading` empty.
3. Replace `data` with `--json` or staged `kind=json`. Keep plan ids and billing ids unique. Each CTA href is http(s) or a `/` path.
4. `diff` → `save` → `preview urls` on that page. If the picker says it could not be loaded, the JSON failed validation.
5. Publish only when asked, through `task-publish-handoff`.
